Shocking Travelstart
I wish I had done a quick google search before booking with this company - Do not book with this company. Cemair cancelled my flight and offered an unacceptable alternative - Total ticket cost R6000 and my refund is R1800 when it eventually happens. They don't respond, don't pick up the phone and send mails from noreply address. 6 to 12 weeks refund process due to "worldwide crises" Travelstart is a finance **** operation who dabble in travel.

21 Mar 2023, 17:36subsequent to this review and a complaint to the airline, Travelstart suddenly became communicative and are refunding me in full claiming they were unaware the airline had cancelled the flight - not sure how they were unaware as travelstart sent me the communication regarding the cancelled flight and I discussed it yesterday with the agent too
I shouldn't have had to go to this length to get my refund but I am glad they resolved an issue they made
