Shocking Service - won't use again

They phone me at 4pm to change my 6am next morning flight to tell me that they e-mailed me to tell me the flight plans changed. What type of service is this? Something as important as a business trip, with prearranged meetings for two days, back to back. Very unprofessional and will never use again.
