Shocking service!! I want my refund paid today!!
booking ZA***7: What a nightmare. I have R6297 sitting with travelstart for a Mango booking that has been cancelled . I have been following up daily with no response. The last response received two days ago was that the matter is being escalated after I sent proof that the monies was deducted from my bank account. Furthermore I also used my Discovery Miles for the booking of R900.00 which would also need to be refunded. TRavel start does not have a contact number, you cannot call and speak to anyone and their email responses when you do get one scream " I dont care". Their whatsapp query service also is ********** with no follow up or response. I expect this to be resolved TODAY and no later with my money back in my account
