Shocking service from Travelstart
Booked flexible tickets which were cancelled due to Covid restrictions.
I need to rebook, I being asked to pay double the amount I booked my tickets which were flexible tickets . I have I sent my changes on the Contact us form.
It’s working out very expensive to make changes which are close to full fares for 1. Flexible tickets 2. Changes that were done due to COVID restrictions/
1. I would like last flight from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on the 3rd of October 2021
For return flight I would like to first flight from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth on the 11th of October 2021. I have sent endless messages through the contact form without any joy. This is definitely the last time I’m using travel start. Shocking service.

I had tried to call you twice on Tuesday evening to assist with the request and left a voicemail. I have checked the booking and can see that you had been quoted and have requested the agent to requote on the change.
