Shocking service

A flight of mine got cancelled and the alternative no longer fits in with my schedule. I have been attempting to get hold of a human being but every number I try is no longer in use. Other virtual platforms do not look promising. I'm due to fly on Tuesday so it is a little urgent. As a consequence I have to cancel my booking and book another flight somewhere else as this is for work. This makes me think this is a **** now and I dread having to now process any refunds etc if you cannot speak to anyone. I can see there are numerous complaints with the similar replies from the business. This is a waste of time and money.
