Shocking service!!!

We have been waiting on a refund since February 2022. After many attempts of trying to contact you telephonically (which is costing us a fortune as we are calling from Italy), sending online requests for feedback, posting on a useless WhatsApp number, emailing, we have yet to get any feedback. What shocking service!!! The automated response we get with the pathetic excuse that delays are due to COVID are insulting to our intelligence. You are obviously having no problems taking bookings. This post is a result of 'at my wits end'.
