Shocking Customer Service

<p>Travelstart is only good for making a booking but not for fixing any problem. My sister made a booking and paid via EFT - but Travelstart didn't send the payment through to the airline. Their customer service line is useless, after nearly 2 hours still trying to sort out the problem - which they made!!! Will never use this service again</p>
