Shock service

Poor service and no response on emails. Unable to rebook as there is excuses and can't get to speak to a consultant to sort out. My flights were cancelled BA due to covid, I will never use this agency again. Tried to rebook was told can't so to not being the same category. Tried to chance names, can't do that, tried to get refund, not worth it as I lose too much money. Want to rebook, well get charged another booking fee. SHOCKING, JUST SHOCKING. Tried to get a voucher can't. So I had to suspend my bookings. Which is now a hack to try rebook
