Booked a flight on Travelstart the 19th December and they sent a mail to confirm its booked. 00h00 the 20th December i reserved a sms that my ticked is cancelled but Travelstart deducted R700 - R800 for no reason. My flight ticket is canceled but they still deducting mony? This is no way to handle customers or to conduct business. Im on hold for 10min now on there emergency number and still no answer. I rate that hole business -2 stars
