Service went from excellent to non excestant.

I dealt with Melissa who gave me the best service one can ask for. However I am starting to get huge problems again. I was told my ticket with Cemair is sorted. I am trying to find out if I can take the first flight out from Cape Town to OR Rambo however no response. What happened??????
