Service Sucks

All goes well until you need to manage your booking or check-in for flights. You receive documentation with e-ticket ref but no info on where to go and check in online, they refer you to their "app" but you can't even log in. You then call in just to hear them tell you "Sorry sir, we don't manage seating of the airline you will have to speak to them directly" - And that's how my family members sat scattered apart on a booked flight to Cape Town.
