SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE

I just wanted to share this. I was a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, that vowed I would never again deal with TRAVELSTART again. The service was absolutely terrible, I book for our entire company branches JHB, DUR and CPT all over including Zambia. Anyway needless to say I for some reason had to get hold of TRAVELSTART. Anyway I then had the pleasure of coming into contact with Mr John Le Riche, all I can say is AMAZING, the dedication and service that I have received is what service is all about. Without this gentlemans help I would of never used TRAVELSTART AGAIN, but thanks to John I now use his service for all my URGENT BOOKINGS, as I know they will be seen to. Should I not have him to rely on for my travel bookings, I actually don’t think I would be able to tolerate the idea of using your service, if it was anything like I remember. John I thank you for your help and the service.
