On 26 July I emailed Travelstart to enquire about a booking I had made. Five minutes later I received a call from Thandeka who promptly resolved the matter. This is customer service par excellence. Thank you Thandeka. I have booked through Travelstart in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. Keep it up, Travelstart.
