Service delivery is not what they do. Rather book with the airline

Months turn into years when waiting for a refund. We were finally asked to send bank details deadline to send was 8 August. Since then all you get is a message saying they've sent it to their refund department. But still.. no refund.. this is for a flight from 2020.
