Seriously annoyed

Travelstart South Africa worst service I've ever had to deal with! 30 min each time on your chat....wait 5 min per reply, don't get mailed my quote after chat and if I do get it its double the quoted amount. After spending 3 days and many hours trying change a booking. What you quote and payment links don't compare. Absolutely DO NOT recommend using this company at all Booking change fee nearly as much as original flight fee🤬 Sent me payment link for an amount but the amount to be paid is more with additional fees added. I get quoted different amounts for the same flight 5 min apart and I told the agent I got quoted less 5min sho so he says yes you can pay that, get the link...respond to it. ..get mailed another link 5 min later for double the fee.
