SERIOUS PROBLEM RESOLVED BY STAFF MEMBER
My complaints refer. The matter that I reported was finally resolved by Melissa of the amendments team at Travelstart. 5 Stars to her for exceptional effort in this matter. I also recommended that they await placing a booking with an airline until the customers have confirmed the details on the booking. Melissa agreed that they should change their system.
