Sell insurance for changes . But when you have to make a change they want to charge me.
Booking ref (ZA***6) I paid for insurance to be able to change reservation and departure dates But when you try, due to covid they want to sell you a new ticket. I payed over R500 on a R2000 reservation, The R500 was for reservation changes , Airline insurance , and service charges .. Come to think of it ,if I did the ticket my self I would have saved the R500 and the airline would have changed the reservation. during covid most airlines do not charge,

08 Jun 2021, 13:41Hi Philip,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that I have checked the booking and can see that a change was made in february and the flexi product was used to make the change to both flights. As your current flights are not affected by any changes, the airline requires the penalty and there is a tax difference as well. Please note that we are unable to waiver these charges as per the airline directives.
Wishing you a good day further.
Kind Regards,
Melissa

08 Jun 2021, 14:18hi Milssa. i have a email from your company ,i can send you a copy,
Airlines usually only cover the first change penalty fee and any subsequent changes are charged at the penalty. If we notice you have a a flexi product we keep it for any subsequent changes.
