What a farce. I've used them so many times in the past. When things go well and you don't have to deal with issues its fine, but their true colours really show when things go wrong. The airline cancelled flights. They quote me a refund that will take more than 4 months to process. In addition to this they still keep the service fee of R1700 as well as the additional option that I took to change my tickets for free which is more than R3000. Thank you Travelstart for treating a loyal customer like *******. Enjoy the money you stole from me, as there won't be anymore of it going your way.
