I purchased an Kulula airline ticket for DBN - JHB for R554.41
On the date of travel,at the airport, the Kulula ticket became void, and I was never refunded R554.41 paid to TRAVELSTART.

I was forced to purchase an alternate ticket from DBN to JHB costing me R1299.86 Travelstart agreed to refund me R745.45 only.
Therefore, by using TRAVELSTART, my ticket in fact cost me R554.41 plus another R554.41 which is DOUBLE the amount I paid when purchasing the ticket.
TRAVELSTART definately ripped me off !!!!!!!
