Satified with service received during Covid 19 Travel Ban

I am very happy with the service I received from Travelstart Agent Shivonne today. Our flights to Turkey was cancelled due to the Covid 19 travel ban and I wanted to rebook new dates. She contacted me today to apologise for misunderstanding the date we wanted to rebook and confirmed that due to the travel ban, we are not liable to pay any additional fees to Turkish Airlines to rebook or suspend the flight. I am very satisfied with her service and the fact that she could acknowledge that she made a mistake. I will refer Travelstart to my family and friends.
