Runaround for refund

I booked flights just before lockdown. Cost me around 7K, I had to cancel my flights because of lockdown restrictions. They have just been giving me the run around with my refund and I’m so sick of trying to contact them without making any progress; I don’t get any responses, they’re online chat service is proven useless to help. It’s actually sickening how they’ve dealt with this. I will never trust this company ever again.
