I am thoroughly annoyed with Travelstart. I booked a return flight from King Shaka to Cape Town travelling with my two youngs sons. Somehow the outgoing ticket was booked for 8pm arriving 10pm. I woud never book this time travelling with two children. I am trying to change it to the earlier departure. British Airways won't get involved because I booked through Travelstart and Travelstart want to charge me either R1300 per person to change my flight (even tho I booked flexi) or they will give me a R133.61 refund per peson on R3300 flights. Disgusted with their customer service.
