Ridiculous!!!!

I booked a flight through Travelstart but had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances..

I requested a refund and they sent me an invoice stating I will only be reciveing R1900 back of the R6500 I paid (So I am already losing tons of money). The R1900 which included the refund admin fee (as per THEIR invoice they sent me), I have been waiting to hear back from them since 21st of December, apon contacting them yesterday I am told I have to pay an additional R600 before I can get my refund back????!!!!

My advice to anyone booking flights out there.....Dont ever use TravelStart!!!!!!!!
