Requested destination change on tickets not cancellation.
I made a booking this morning for this coming Friday (14th coming back on the 16th). After I completed the transaction I realized that the destination is from East London to Johannersburg instead of Johannersburg to East London. I tried to call travel start a couple but to no avail. I logged a ticket on travel start website and sent message via WhatsApp. No one has contacted to receive more details. Because I was clear on my request that I want to change destinations. I just received an email that my tickets have been canceled. I need to book another flights but I can't because I have lost all the funds. This is so frustrating as I need to be home by Friday and the longer I wait the higher the possibility that prices will increase.

I have checked the booking and as advised we were unable to amend the booking as it was a low cost carrier and we do not have access to do so. Thus the best option was to cancel the ticket and create a new booking. I am very sorry that you have not been provided with the reasoning for the cancellation prior to it occuring.
