Request of refund on my booking

I booked my tickets to durban and trying to get hold of travel start to cancel my return since Kulula flights have been suspended. i have send emails but no reply, i have tried calling no one answers the phone. the service is so terrible i need my money back to book another flight. i will never use their services again. The customer service is horrible. they dont desrve even 1 star rating
