Request for refund

A flight ticket was booked through TravelStart for my husband for the 31st of December 2017. Now plans have changed and he can’t fly out. We had booked the ticket with TravelStart online and it had stated that the ticket is refundable that’s why we had booked it.

This morning I contacted their refunds department and they are saying that the ticket is non-refundable and that the ticket is booked through a domestic airline and the ticket is an international flight. A lot of money was paid, and it is shocking how they ******* customers. This is very disappointing.
