Refuse to refund me back 100% due to Red Band Dec 2021
I booked an international ticket to the UK through Travelstart in last year to travel in December. Because of the Covid situation, flights were cancelled due to the Red Band in December. When I contacted them they said its best to suspend the flight, which i did. As my only option was to travel that particular time in December and not any time after due to the nature of the travel requirements, I requested a full refund as the reason for me not travelling was directly related to the Red Band from UK rules. TravelStart claims they not responsible and can only give me a 15% refund. I strongly believe this is totally unfair and unjust as i was ready to travel but couldn't due to the UK Red Band.
I've send regular emails to which I get an electronic reply saying that they'll contact me within 24 hours. It's been 6 months! The WhatsApp line also doesn't get an answer
Once they have your money you will get no joy out of them, should there be a problem.
Their service is horrible. I will never recommend Travelstart.
Please let this be a warning to other travelers. Do not use them! I've tried their emergency hours number and still no answer or feedback.
I will NEVER use your services again!
Just a warning to anyone wanting to use TRAVELSTART , please book directly with the airline. DO NOT USE TRAVELSTART !

Please note that I have checked the booking and can see that the refund quote had been sent on more than 1 occasion and we only received the refund confirmation on 09 May. Furthermore with regards to the refund quoted, the airline has advised us that due to the flights being cancelled out of the booking prior to the airline imposing a change in schedule, the ticket conditions would be applicable and we have quoted accordingly.
