Refunding ****** ... again

After searching for O.R Tambo flights on their FLAPP app, My ticket was booked through Lanseria airport, reported this to travelstart and they said they would look into it, I told the very rude call agent that I need to know a.s.a.p as the flight is tomorrow, she said we will let you know today (no response) also then rudley stated I can get a refund of taxes only R124 or buy a new ticket ar double the price .

This is now the 2nd time this has happened to me. travelstart are ****** ! They do not apply CPA rules and has a horrific attitude

travelstart also provided me with hte wrong reference so I could not check in on Kulula.com. My flight is now in 2 hours, you are a bit late with your pathetic service and fees, also no e-mail or proof was sent hence stating that travelstarts knows they were wrong and cannot provide me the booking proof. Uber cost R580 to get to the wrong airport, will travel start refund that amount ? If you can fully refund my USA trip please do so ,then I can support a company that deserves my money.

You have my name, how can you not find a flight from Lanseria to Durban with my name, then the rude lady on the phone wants to tell me you use state of the art software and can track everything ,yet I still have not gotten the proof I asked for. ZA ********** 5
