Refund still pending after almost a year!

We have struggled to get out full Kenya Airways refund for almost a year now. Kenya airways rejected the initial refund application because of some wrong code. Now we have waited for months for Travelstart to sumit a new refund request. I need to speak with someone from refunds because this is absolutely ridiculous!!
