Refund query & WhatsApp service
Terrible WhatsApp service, so very frustrating! Was promised a FULL refund but this was not the case when the refund was done. Trying to follow up and all the WhatsApp consultant had to say was that the refund was processed - that wasn't even my question! Definitely would not recommend using Travelstart to book flights

I have checked the booking and can see that a full refund of the flight tickets has been actioned as quoted. The product and service fees as per the T&Cs are nonrefundable.
