Refund on admin fee

In response of a previous review Allan at Travelstart phone me and appologised for the inconvinience.

Allan said Travelstart was going to refund me the R689 admin fee they charged for the change on my booking.

Good to know Travelstart looks at reasonable complaints and try to be accommodating.
