Refund for cancelled flight
Booked flights to Cape Town in December 2015 from Johannesburg, through TravelStart start with sky wise. Sky wise then went bankrupt during the period leading up to our flights and the flights were eventually cancelled. Everytime I try and get hold of sky wise they ignore my emails. I would like to be refunded for the flight.

I regret to hear that your contact attempts with Skywise has been unsuccessful to date.
We have not had any feedback from them regarding refunds of tickets paid via EFT/Cash. I can however assure you that Travelstart is doing everything in our power to escalate the refund requests we sent through to Skywise to be processed.
We will follow up again in the morning and revert back to you once we have done so.
