Refund fiasco reference ZA***5

<p>I booked and paid for flights on Etihad via Travelstart for my sons. Because the return date had to change they cancelled the return booking and are due a refund, which has been agreed. Travelstart told us 9th April that the amount was being credited. After many reminders and almost six months of dealing with Bridgette, Lindsay, Christiane, Zainab and Bridgette again I still do not have the money. I can't say what they have done but they obviously have no relationship with Etihad and are not prepared to refund themselves. Other than sending frequent "special offers" I am not sure of the point of Travelstart.</p>
