Refund

Its been 3yrs now waiting in travelstart to advise on the refund for my booking which was cancelled due to unforseen reasons ..After a confirmation email by one their consultant stating that the refund will be processed in 6 to 8 weeks ...to date I am still waiting for a refund ..I have sent through so many follow ups and nothing is happening .
