Good day,
Can anyone assist in getting contact details for this company where I can speak to someone directly. I need urgent response and I have tried all options. My flight has been cancelled 10 Days before and I am trying to get a refund in order to allow me to book another. So far there has been no assistance.

Please note I have checked the booking and can see that the airline has cancelled the flight between Doha and Hong Kong and there is nothing available for that date. I have tried to contact you to discuss the options and will put an agent in the relevant team in touch for further assistance. The airlines refund can take up to 4-5 weeks to be completed as they are working off a backlog and we are unable to expedite this as the tickets belong to the airline.
Please keep an eye and ear out for the team.
