Refund

I have had the worse experience with Travelstar for the last 3 months. I have requested a refund in December as the passenger could not fly due to an emergency medical condition, all documents were provided by the doctor to declare that the patient was unfit to travel. To date I have no received a single form of communication from them to inform me where in the process this refund is there agents are so *********** because every agent gives you different feedback it's 3 months later and they have not responded to not a single email of mine, it looks like the money has been taken with no refund and no alternative plan of travel dates either. I am sooo disappointed in this company I will never encourage anyone to ever consider using this company to book any flights!
