Refund

On 16 May I bought flysafair tickets on line during this loadshedding I purchased two tickets not notice that the first transaction did go through. I have done the second transaction did go through therefore I have two tickets same day same time. The consultant told me to cancel another ticket and ask for the refund cause I cannot use two tickets for the same date same time it’s a double ticket. They refund to refund me. But the Safari refund my money to them. I send them several emails they told me they will come back to me it’s 3 months now. Can anyone advice me how to handle this matter. Poor service. I read their policy I didn’t cancel I bought double ticket and I used one I want my refund.
