Refreshing flight change experience

I was having a really bad day dealing with a devastating family situation. The last thing I wanted to do was reach out to a call centre to beg to make a change to my non-flexible flight booking. I was expecting all kinds of negative responses and was totally taken aback by Ntando Ntsimango‘s professional manner in which he handled my case the minute we were eventually connected. The update to my flight was seamless and the payment method so efficient (he sent me a link to do an EFT while patiently waiting for me to do so). This was honestly a refreshing experience and the best birthday present yet! Thank you Ntando!
