Rebooking suspended flight

I have never in my life experienced anything as bad as Travelstart. You don't get replies to anything. Emails online submissions trying to contact via FB.you just go round in circles. You can't rebook suspended booking from last year because their payment link doesn't work.. It's an impossible task doing anything with Travelstart. They should be ashamed of their service and complete disregard for people who paid good money. The most ridiculous experience in my life. Don't touch them with a barge pole
