REBOOKING FEE A LIE?
Booked and paid R800 for rebooking to change date. Checkced various blogs, tried everything. There is NO OPTION to manage a booking. I have sent 4 email, been promised 24hr feedback...3 days ago. Still nothing! I just want INFORMATION but it is impossible it seems?

As we do try to be customer centric and although there was a delay I do wish you would accept my apologies. We have been experiencing some high call volumes as of late however that should not detour you from getting through please let me know if I can put you in contact with an amendments agent now or let me know when you are best suited to take our call.
