REBOOK FEE A ****!!

My second complaint in 2 days. It is impossible to get hold of these people.

Do NOT pay the R700+ rebooking fee. Its a ****. There is NO WAY to rebook your flights.

I sent FOUR messages today and 2 yesterday. I received no response what-so-ever to today s emails.

Also, you CANNOT rebook your flight online. No such facility exists. Once you paid the money, you lined their pockets. You cannot rebook a flight. Its a ****!
