Really useless - no value add and no support

This service is really useless. You can book direct on an airline website without all this hassle. Book with them, airline can’t make changes and Travelstart support doesn’t answer requests. Honestly it’s way easier just to book on the relevant airline website - at least I could call the airline and speak to somebody to help me.

Travel agencies should add value to what you get from an airline or whatever other provider - not take away from it. Most others agencies I’ve dealt with get back to me within an hour, or I can hold for someone on the phone. Sent a request yesterday, still no response.
