Really 1st class service from consultant/staff member

Samantha sent our booking confirmation email after we booked, and in it offered to help with any queries/seat bookings etc (standard email). I first asked for some assistance with another quote for family, then went on to other aspects including seat bookings, then seat changes etc etc. She was brilliant. With them all......

Exceptionally prompt, very ''email'' polite, and had a lovely sense of humour through all of my pedantic questions etc. Was a delight to get such amazing service. Thank you again Samantha. (Give this lady a promotion people)
