booked and paid airline tickets for flights on SAA. Made a spelling error on a surname. TRAVELSTART REFUSE TO CHANGE THE SPELLING. They say SAA must do it. SAA say TRAVELSTART must do it. Struggle to reach TRAVELSTART by phone and when answered its someone in another country and here the comms falls over. So now we've spoken to a 3rd person (SA) who has advised, but no resolve.
