Quick/ Efficient and detailed!! Elroy is a keeper!

After making a birthdate mistake with a booking I reached out to Travelstart over Whatsapp and chatted with Elroy - he was absolutely fantastic with resolving the error immediately before confirming the details and processing the booking.

ON top of that he helped with details regarding a previous booking that I was getting a refund on and supp**** me with the relevant details of where it was in the process as I didn't fully understand where it was sitting and was battling to get answers via mail.
