Great, quick service.

Booked my flight today. Only got one OTP when they'd told me there would be two payments, so I was stressed it hadn't actually gone through. Called them, got an immediate answer and immediate help. Within minutes the other payment had gone and the tickets were in my inbox, but I felt like my hand had been held making a big purchase - which is sometimes needed!
