I booked a flight to London through them. I was having trouble with payment due to overzealous anti-***** protection from my UK credit card but Travelstart were proactive and contacted me as they could see that I was having issues with payment and they offered to hold the flight for me overnight whilst I got it resolved with our office in the UK as the seats were disappearing fast as it is a relatively short notice flight. Elroy, who was my contact at Travelstart, was very helpful, phoned back when they said they would and then followed up to confirm all had gone through OK the next day once I'd managed to make the payment.
