Priyanca Nayager to the rescue

We booked tickets to Glasgow in Sept 2018, and after unforeseen circumstances we had to suspend the tickets for future use. In March 2019 we finally decided on dates and started the rebooking process. after a lengthy struggle and 2 months of not getting anywhere with Travelstart, I received a call from Priya on Friday 31 May 2019, informing me that she will be handling my rebooking. Within 4 hours she got us suitable tickets at a minimal copayment. Priya went above and beyond to assist us. What no-one could do in 2 months, she literally managed in less than 24 hours.
