Premium package total *******
Bought the premium package only to find out KLM charge their own seating requests and I will get no assistance or any service for the R 100 I paid extra. We are 6 travelers so Travel start gets a whopping R 600 for doing absolutely nothing except tell me that i need to book my seat through KLM self..... So why do they offer this service if they know KLM charges??? What a *******. Please do not choose this option, you will only waste your money.
