Premium membership worth it?

Signed up as a premium member. Finally decided to use a voucher and make my first booking. Payment deducted from my card. Support tells me to try again. Payment deducted a second time. And then consultant says there is a technical error try again later. Regretting the premium membership now. And still haven't booked my flight yet. Hoping travelstart will remedy this promptly
